Refund Policy – Pro Safe Responders
At Pro Safe Responders, we understand that schedules can change. Our refund policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.
Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are available only if a cancellation request is made at least three weeks (21 days) before the scheduled course start date. (This does not apply if you choose to reschedule or postpone your course to a new date.)
Refund requests made within three weeks of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
Course Rescheduling
We offer flexibility to reschedule your course. If you cannot attend your scheduled training, you may select a future date, provided it works for both you and our team.
To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can secure a new course date.
Class Cancellations by Pro Safe Responders
If, for any reason, we need to cancel a course, you will be eligible for either:
A 25% refund, or
An opportunity to reschedule to another available course date.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be issued and rescheduling will not be possible.
