Refund Policy – Pro Safe Responders

At Pro Safe Responders, we understand that schedules can change. Our refund policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are available only if a cancellation request is made at least three weeks (21 days) before the scheduled course start date. (This does not apply if you choose to reschedule or postpone your course to a new date.)

  • Refund requests made within three weeks of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Course Rescheduling

  • We offer flexibility to reschedule your course. If you cannot attend your scheduled training, you may select a future date, provided it works for both you and our team.

  • To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can secure a new course date.

Class Cancellations by Pro Safe Responders

  • If, for any reason, we need to cancel a course, you will be eligible for either:

    1. A 25% refund, or

    2. An opportunity to reschedule to another available course date.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not attend the course without prior notice, no refund will be issued and rescheduling will not be possible.
